Everything was very good, favourable location in a local taxi, the staff were customer-focused. Location: the hotel was close to Treebo Saini Inn as well as the medical shop. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Chai Break that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

Food was great, staff were very helpful and made us feel at home. We especially enjoyed the complimentary water and the location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The night shift manager had a bad attitude and was not welcoming or helpful with basic information such as breakfast timing or wifi passwords. the curtains in the room did not fit properly and there was a lot of noise both from the hotel and traffic outside, which made it difficult to sleep.
